Puka Dogs with Lemon Garlic Sauce and Mango Relish
We lunched on these in Poipu, Kauai.  We're presenting them with a single choice of relish.

Torta di Verdura
We had this sweet spinach pie for lunch in Lucca, Italy.

Dill Pickle Flavored Jelly Bellies
We brought these back from the Jelly Belly factory in Fairfield, CA

Pear and Pecorino Pasta Purses with Four Cheese Fondue
We enjoyed these sacchetti in several Tuscan restaurants

Ginger Fish with Peanut Sauce and Sweet Chili Sauce
Jasmine Rice
Ginger fish seemed to be the new "in" dish in Hawaii last year.  This version is similar to one served at Pacific'O in Lahaina, Maui.

Caprese Salad
Tomato slices and fresh mozzarella dressed with fresh basil and balsamic vinegar

Roasted Marinated Asparagus
Encountered in Italy and on David's grill in San Francisco

Harissa Foccacia
A true fusion dish.  We had harissa-seasoned fries at Underwood Bar and Bistro in California wine country, and we transferred the taste to foccacia, which we had in Italy

Matcha Chiffon Cake with Forest Berry Coulis
Matcha is recipe-grade green tea – a favorite of Emi's

Mocha and Hazelnut Semifreddo served on Chocolate Angel Food Cake
Semifreddos were common desserts in Italy, both in Tuscany and Liguria.  We're serving ours on chocolate angel food cake to equalize the use of egg yolks and whites

Black Pepper Flavored Jelly Bellies
These came back from Fairfield, CA, also

Kona Coffee Glazed Macadamia Nuts
We've never seen these sold on the mainland, but they're featured at Hilo Hattie's
