Asian Flavors Salad

Combine 6 oz. can sliced water chestnuts

1 small can mandarin oranges

1 Asian pear, thinly sliced

3 qts. romaine lettuce (~ 1 lb.), torn

1 c. fresh cilantro, cut up

1 c. fresh mint leaves

1 c. thinly sliced green onions

 

Mix 1/4 c. rice vinegar

1/4 c. lime juice

2 T. sugar

1 - 2 tsp. chili oil

salt or soy sauce to taste. Pour over salad and toss.
