Sweet Fillings

Crepes -  Batter Recipe

 

1 cup cold water

1 c. cold milk

4 eggs

½ tsp. salt

2 c. flour

4 T. melted butter
 
Put liquids, eggs, and salt into the blender.  Add the flour, then the butter.  Cover and blend at top speed for 1 min.  Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. 

Brush 8” non-stick skillet with oil or butter. Heat over medium high heat.  Pour in scant ¼ c. of batter and rotate pan to disperse.  Cook until bottom is lightly browned, flip and cook other side until browned in spots.  Do not stack while warm
