Crepes - Batter Recipe 1 cup
cold water 1 c. cold
milk 4 eggs ½ tsp.
salt 2 c.
flour 4 T.
melted butter
Brush 8” non-stick skillet with oil or butter. Heat over medium high heat. Pour in scant ¼ c. of batter and rotate pan to disperse. Cook until bottom is lightly browned, flip and cook other side until browned in spots. Do not stack while warm |
